Annah + Jackson | A Summertime Wedding at Cypress Barn at Miller Lake

It was June and summer was in full swing. As you know with summer comes storms, so when I arrived for Annah + Jackson’s day though sun was bright we knew rain was a big possibility. As I walked in and hugged everyone I had met the night before, we all said we had been praying for no rain. As the day went on, the sky became darker and darker. However, there were only ever a few drops of rain.

The Wedding at Meadow Hill Farm

We met in June. The plans we discussed over dinner were literally the best. (All I can say is it included a nugget bar…a dream of mine) I was excited. We met again in October. We had a blast during their engagement session early one overcast morning. Most of their plans were finalized by this point. The excitement to finally celebrate their marriage was visible in every photo taken that morning. We spoke on the phone in February. The timeline was created. Everything was ready to go. Then COVID-19 made its presence known a week before they were going to say I do. Things changed.

They celebrated the amazing moments… and offered comfort in the not so amazing moments. So naturally, they were there to witness Sara and Sean’s forever commitment to love, support, and inspire each other. This church is more than building. It is the backdrop for the beginning of Sara and Sean’s story.

A Romantic, Rainy, Rose Marry Farms Wedding

Welling up and only letting one tear escape down his cheek, Cody's eyes shined with love as his bride walked down the aisle with her father. All of their close friends and family joining in the blurry eyes and sniffling noses as they caught a glimpse of her. Madison was radiant in her gorgeously detailed dress with her veil lifted ever so slightly with the breeze. Even the sky couldn't help, but shed joyful tears that day. This describes how Madison and Cody's entire day was. It was sincere. It was romantic. It was genuine. I loved the way that even the wedding décor at Rose Marry Farms exuded their personalities. The sage and blush tones to the roses and baby's breath represented Madison and Cody's relationship.
