White. Navy. Touches of gold and mauve here and there. Greenery giving life to the room through each arrangement. It was truly breathtaking at the Westbury House in Columbia, TN. Though these details perfectly describe Rachel’s elegant taste, those details aren’t the only ones that will be remember from this wedding day. It will be the details such as the calm that washed over them during their first look, because they were finally with their person. Also, it will be the little moments where Braxton was caught staring down at his soon-to-be wife with such deep love in his eyes and the constant smile that Rachel offered in return. It will be the laughter…the kind of laughter only pure joy can offer between the couple and the wedding party. And it will be the bittersweet tears that ran down the cheeks of their parents and family as a new chapter began for everyone. These are details that will be remembered on such special day.
Weddings are memorable days I get to vicariously live through each of my couples. No wedding is exactly the same. Yes, some of the details are similar…the color schemes identical… maybe even it’s the same venue, but each wedding is made unique by those personal details like the ones mentioned above. Rachel + Braxton’s day was no different and as you can see the details flowed one after the other. Rachel + Braxton, I am honored to have met you and to have celebrated such a special day with you. I pray for a life together overflowing with many more of these little moments. Thank you for letting me be a tiny part of your story!
