It's officially wedding week for Kevin and Renee! So everyone just go ahead and let's congratulate these two.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Even though we just got around to shooting their engagement photos two weeks ago, I am so excited to spend more time capturing them this weekend when they profess their love for each other while being surrounded by those that love them most. These two, you guys, were so easy to capture as we wondered around Pinkerton Park and Downtown Franklin 1) because its obvious that these two are in love and 2) because they do EXACTLY what I asked them to do without questions or complaints. I mean that's every photographer's dream. Am I right?
Not only are they easy subjects, but Renee also renamed one of my poses. Surprisingly, Renee is not the only client to make name suggestions. However, I will have to say hers was the most interesting. If you have ever been in a couples session with me, you know one of my favorite poses is the "facing each other" pose, or also known as "toe-to-toe" or sometimes it might slip out of my mouth as "bellybutton-to-bellybutton". Well, I, of course, at one point asked Kevin and Renee to stand "bellybutton-to-bellybutton" and Renee said like the "Zombie Jamboree?". I was like, "OK-ayyy?" Thankfully, Renee filled me in quickly and I thought it was hilarious. So needless to say, we definitely renamed that pose and will continue to call it the "Zombie Jamboree" this Saturday! If you are like me and didn't know what she was referring to, click here. I can't remember exactly if Kevin knew what she was talking about initially, but I will say for the rest of the night he knew exactly what pose to get into once "Zombie Jamboree" was suggested.
Also, I would be in lots of trouble if I didn't mention my super creative assistant, Aaron. He may not be pictured, but some of his composition ideas are. Fortunately for me, he will be attending the wedding this Saturday! Phew.
Thank you, Renee and Kevin, for being such awesome subjects and making my job ever so easy. I am counting down until Saturday and I pray that your marriage is one full of beautiful love and grace! See you soon!
