When I was young, I was absolutely obsessed with horses. I mean obsessed. I had horse border in the walls in the bedroom I shared with my sister. (Sorry, Taylor.) I had a largely oversized stuffed horse that I used as a pillow for many years (too many years). Horse toys, clothing, bedding, etc. I had it all. We even had two pet horses, Beauty and Star, that I would whisper my secrets to and just sit and watch run. As I grew up and became busier with sports, school, and becoming a teenager, my obsession faded. However, I still really love the beauty and the grace that horses are known for. I still love the feel of their velvet-like noses under my hand and the warmth you feel when you lay your head against their neck. My obsession, though faded, is still very present.

Starting our spring senior sessions (say that 10x fast) was this sweet, adventurous senior. When Grey and her mother showed up, they jumped in my car not knowing where I was taking them.
